My bedroom has always been more than just a place to sleep. It’s a sanctuary—a space that offers peace and stillness, where I can step away from the noise and let my mind settle. Here, I feel connected to myself in a way that’s quiet and unforced. It’s a place for introspection, for being entirely present, entirely whole.

That evening, the atmosphere felt charged—not with energy, but with calm. The lamp cast a soft, diffused glow, warming the textures of the bedding and the shadows on the walls. The room seemed to echo the quiet rhythm of my thoughts, grounding and inviting.

I hadn’t often taken self-portraits here, but in that moment, the space and I aligned. It wasn’t about perfection or performance; it was about translating the stillness, the warmth, the inward focus into something tangible. It reminded me that art can be as much about the environment as the creator—a dialogue between the two.
